• Assess: we look at the slab or surface, check moisture and note every crack, patch and old coating that has to come off.
• Prep: diamond grinding opens the surface so the resin bonds mechanically instead of just sitting on top.
• Pour: base coat, then the decorative work — flake broadcast, metallic movement or hand-drawn veining, depending on the design.
• Finish: a protective topcoat, with UV stability outdoors and slip resistance wherever the floor gets wet.

Basement and walkout pours start with a moisture test — a vapor-tolerant primer is what keeps a floor from bubbling a year later.
