Information you give us: name, phone, email, project address or city, and any project details you type into a quote form, the chat assistant, or an email or text to us.

Photos you upload: images of your room, deck or garage submitted to the AI room visualizer, which are sent to our AI provider to generate a preview.

Automatic information: basic technical data such as browser type, device, approximate location and pages viewed, collected to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.

To answer questions, prepare estimates, schedule and perform work, follow up after a job, generate visualizer previews, improve the site, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information.

Only service providers that help us run the business — hosting, database, email, and AI providers that power the chat assistant and room visualizer. They may only use the data to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We may photograph completed jobs for our portfolio and social media. We do not publish street addresses or customer names with those photos. If you would prefer your project not be shown, tell us before the pour and we will note it on your job.
