FLAKE FLOOR SYSTEMS IN CENTERTON

Flake is the workhorse. The texture hides everyday grit, the topcoat takes the abuse, and the blend can be tuned from subtle speckle to a full quartz-look broadcast.

Centerton is full of newer construction, which means clean, sound slabs — the best possible starting point for a decorative pour that will look sharp for a decade or more.

• Assess: we look at the slab or surface, check moisture and note every crack, patch and old coating that has to come off.
• Prep: diamond grinding opens the surface so the resin bonds mechanically instead of just sitting on top.
• Pour: base coat, then the decorative work — flake broadcast, metallic movement or hand-drawn veining, depending on the design.
• Finish: a protective topcoat, with UV stability outdoors and slip resistance wherever the floor gets wet.

New slabs still need to cure and be profiled properly; we test before scheduling so the bond is right.

We work regularly around Prairie Grass, Greenbrier, Rainbow Curve and the new builds off Highway 102, so scheduling, access and dust control are all planned before the trailer shows up.
