METALLIC EPOXY FLOORS IN FARMINGTON

Metallic systems are as much art as installation. The pigment gets guided while it's wet, so the pattern is unrepeatable — which is exactly the point for entryways, showrooms and floors meant to be noticed.

Farmington is mostly family homes with two-car garages, and flake systems are far and away the most requested finish in town.

• Assess: we look at the slab or surface, check moisture and note every crack, patch and old coating that has to come off.
• Prep: diamond grinding opens the surface so the resin bonds mechanically instead of just sitting on top.
• Pour: base coat, then the decorative work — flake broadcast, metallic movement or hand-drawn veining, depending on the design.
• Finish: a protective topcoat, with UV stability outdoors and slip resistance wherever the floor gets wet.

Attached garages share a wall with living space, so we use low-odor systems and seal the doorway before grinding starts.

We work regularly around Broyles Avenue, Double Springs Road and the subdivisions off Main Street, so scheduling, access and dust control are all planned before the trailer shows up.
