FLAKE FLOOR SYSTEMS IN PEA RIDGE

Flake is the workhorse. The texture hides everyday grit, the topcoat takes the abuse, and the blend can be tuned from subtle speckle to a full quartz-look broadcast.

Pea Ridge means acreage — shop buildings, detached garages and barns where the floor has to handle equipment, not just a sedan.

• Assess: we look at the slab or surface, check moisture and note every crack, patch and old coating that has to come off.
• Prep: diamond grinding opens the surface so the resin bonds mechanically instead of just sitting on top.
• Pour: base coat, then the decorative work — flake broadcast, metallic movement or hand-drawn veining, depending on the design.
• Finish: a protective topcoat, with UV stability outdoors and slip resistance wherever the floor gets wet.

Shop and barn slabs are often unsealed and dusty, so prep here is heavier grinding and crack chase before any resin goes down.

We work regularly around Weston Street, Patton Street, Slack Street and the properties out toward the battlefield, so scheduling, access and dust control are all planned before the trailer shows up.
