PATIO & OUTDOOR COATINGS IN CAVE SPRINGS

Outdoor concrete takes the worst of it here — beating sun in July, freeze-thaw in January. Exterior systems use different chemistry than a garage floor, and using the wrong one outdoors is the number one reason coatings fail.

Cave Springs is growing fast, and most of what we pour here sits on young slabs in brand-new garages — clean concrete that takes a flake or metallic system beautifully.

• Assess: we look at the slab or surface, check moisture and note every crack, patch and old coating that has to come off.
• Prep: diamond grinding opens the surface so the resin bonds mechanically instead of just sitting on top.
• Pour: base coat, then the decorative work — flake broadcast, metallic movement or hand-drawn veining, depending on the design.
• Finish: a protective topcoat, with UV stability outdoors and slip resistance wherever the floor gets wet.

New construction slabs still hold cure moisture, so we test before scheduling rather than coating a floor that isn't ready.

We work regularly around Cave Springs Road, Lake Keith, Blackburn Creek and the new builds off Highway 112, so scheduling, access and dust control are all planned before the trailer shows up.
