Outdoor concrete takes the worst of it here — beating sun in July, freeze-thaw in January. Exterior systems use different chemistry than a garage floor, and using the wrong one outdoors is the number one reason coatings fail.

Springdale garages and shops work for a living. Most of what we pour here is built for tools, trailers, hot tires and the occasional dropped wrench — high-build systems with a topcoat that shrugs off abuse.

• Assess: we look at the slab or surface, check moisture and note every crack, patch and old coating that has to come off.
• Prep: diamond grinding opens the surface so the resin bonds mechanically instead of just sitting on top.
• Pour: base coat, then the decorative work — flake broadcast, metallic movement or hand-drawn veining, depending on the design.
• Finish: a protective topcoat, with UV stability outdoors and slip resistance wherever the floor gets wet.

Working shops get a slip-resistant additive broadcast into the topcoat so the floor stays safe when it's wet.

We work regularly around Har-Ber Meadows, Willow Creek, Elm Springs Road and the shops along Highway 412, so scheduling, access and dust control are all planned before the trailer shows up.
