Outdoor concrete takes the worst of it here — beating sun in July, freeze-thaw in January. Exterior systems use different chemistry than a garage floor, and using the wrong one outdoors is the number one reason coatings fail.

Centerton is full of newer construction, which means clean, sound slabs — the best possible starting point for a decorative pour that will look sharp for a decade or more.

• Assess: we look at the slab or surface, check moisture and note every crack, patch and old coating that has to come off.
• Prep: diamond grinding opens the surface so the resin bonds mechanically instead of just sitting on top.
• Pour: base coat, then the decorative work — flake broadcast, metallic movement or hand-drawn veining, depending on the design.
• Finish: a protective topcoat, with UV stability outdoors and slip resistance wherever the floor gets wet.

New slabs still need to cure and be profiled properly; we test before scheduling so the bond is right.
