• Assess: we look at the slab or surface, check moisture and note every crack, patch and old coating that has to come off.
• Prep: diamond grinding opens the surface so the resin bonds mechanically instead of just sitting on top.
• Pour: base coat, then the decorative work — flake broadcast, metallic movement or hand-drawn veining, depending on the design.
• Finish: a protective topcoat, with UV stability outdoors and slip resistance wherever the floor gets wet.

Shop and barn slabs are often unsealed and dusty, so prep here is heavier grinding and crack chase before any resin goes down.
