GARAGE FLOOR COATING IN SPRINGDALE

Bare concrete is a sponge. It gives off dust, drinks up oil and stains from road salt every winter. A properly prepped coating seals the slab so the whole floor becomes one washable surface — sweep it, hose it, move on.

• Assess: we look at the slab or surface, check moisture and note every crack, patch and old coating that has to come off.
• Prep: diamond grinding opens the surface so the resin bonds mechanically instead of just sitting on top.
• Pour: base coat, then the decorative work — flake broadcast, metallic movement or hand-drawn veining, depending on the design.
• Finish: a protective topcoat, with UV stability outdoors and slip resistance wherever the floor gets wet.

Working shops get a slip-resistant additive broadcast into the topcoat so the floor stays safe when it's wet.
